Welcome to Haus of Furs. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
Haus of Furs provides luxury fur garments and related services. By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the right to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in Great British Pound and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card. Full payment is required before dispatch.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality and may take 2–3 weeks to dispatch. All items are shipped via Royal Mail 2-Day Service, with tracking and proof of delivery included for £3.55. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your items upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues.
4. Care & Maintenance
Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions for their garments. Improper use or storage may affect the condition of the fur.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Haus of Furs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Haus of Furs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability for any defective product is limited to replacement or repair at our discretion.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
Due to our items being custom made to order we cannot accept refunds. We do however, accept exchanges for sizing only (up or down a size of the same item). Items must be returned unworn within 3 working days in a saleable condition. If the item is returned in a non-saleable condition we will return the item back to you. We do not accept a free returns service, and recommend the item being posted back to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery as we don’t take responsibility for items lost whilst on their way back to us.
